快公司吃慢公司的格局。如果說傳統(tǒng)管理是通過持續(xù)改進來控制成本,那么項目管理的核心
就是在不確定的環(huán)境中提升效率。即便是在運營和生產(chǎn)活動中,項目化管理也已成為新的
發(fā)展趨勢,這可以不斷提升運營水平和效率,并讓風險更加可控。
With the rapid development of Internet and industry 4.0, the development of enterprises has shifted from the model where big companies beating small ones to the present one where fast company beating slow ones. Traditional management is to control costs through continual improvement, then the core of project management
is to raise efficiency in an uncertain environment. Even in operations and production activities, project management has become more and more popular, which can continuously improve the operation level and efficiency, and make the risk more controllable.
本課程不僅教授項目管理的工具和方法,更通過沙盤模擬形式讓每一個學員學會項目管
理的核心技術,體會項目管理核心思維。
